Welcome to Beautylia (www.beautylia.store). By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Delivery Charges

Inside Dhaka: ৳80 BDT
Outside Dhaka: ৳150 BDT

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

3. Return Policy

Products sold are not returnable.
If a product is damaged before delivery, it may be returned within 5 working days.
Customers must check the product in front of the delivery rider. Claims made after the rider leaves will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued only for items that meet the return criteria.
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
If a customer makes a payment and the product is later found to be out of stock, Beautylia reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount within 5–7 working days, following standard payment rules.

5. Payment Failures

Beautylia is not responsible for any failed transactions due to issues from your bank, mobile financial service provider, or payment gateway.
If you face a payment issue, we advise contacting your payment service provider directly.

6. Order Cancellation

Beautylia may cancel orders due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or system errors.
Orders already shipped cannot be canceled by the customer.

7. Use of Website

Misuse of this website (hacking, scraping, spreading malicious software, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
All content, visuals, and branding are the intellectual property of Beautylia.

8. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in BDT and include applicable VAT where applicable.
Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

9. Business Days Notice

All operations, delivery, returns, and refunds are processed on working days only.
(Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in Bangladesh.)

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

শর্তাবলী

Beautylia (www.beautylia.store) ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলী মেনে নিতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

১. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

ঢাকার ভিতরে: ৮০ টাকা
ঢাকার বাইরে: ১৫০ টাকা

২. আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময়

ঢাকার ভিতরে: ১–৩ কার্যদিবস
ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩–৫ কার্যদিবস

৩. রিটার্ন নীতিমালা

বিক্রিত পণ্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
যদি পণ্য ডেলিভারির আগে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়, তবে ৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করা যাবে।
অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি রাইডারের সামনে পণ্য চেক করতে হবে। রাইডার চলে যাওয়ার পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

৪. রিফান্ড নীতিমালা

শুধুমাত্র নির্ধারিত রিটার্ন শর্ত পূরণকারী পণ্যের জন্য রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।
রিফান্ড মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমেই করা হবে।
যদি কাস্টমার পেমেন্ট করার পর পণ্য স্টকে না থাকে, সে ক্ষেত্রে Beautylia অর্ডার বাতিলের অধিকার রাখে এবং ৫–৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে, পেমেন্ট নীতিমালা অনুসারে।

৫. পেমেন্ট ব্যর্থতা

ব্যাংক, বিকাশ/নগদ বা অন্য যে কোনো পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের সমস্যার জন্য Beautylia দায়ী নয়।
এমন কোনো সমস্যায় নিজ নিজ পেমেন্ট সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডারের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

৬. অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ

স্টক না থাকা, সিস্টেমের ভুল, অথবা মূল্য নির্ধারণের ভুলের কারণে Beautylia যে কোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারে।
একবার শিপমেন্ট হয়ে গেলে কাস্টমার নিজে থেকে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারবেন না।

৭. ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী

সাইটের অপব্যবহার (হ্যাকিং, ভাইরাস ছড়ানো ইত্যাদি) নিষিদ্ধ।
সাইটের সমস্ত কনটেন্ট Beautylia-র মালিকানাধীন।

৮. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট

সমস্ত মূল্য BDT তে দেওয়া হয়েছে এবং প্রয়োজনে VAT অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে পারে।
মূল্য ও প্রোডাক্ট অ্যাভেইলেবিলিটি পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়া পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।

৯. কার্যদিবস বিবেচনা

ডেলিভারি, রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র কার্যদিবসে প্রক্রিয়া করা হয়।
(সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি ও সরকারি ছুটি কার্যদিবসে অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়।)

১০. প্রযোজ্য আইন

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুসারে পরিচালিত হবে।
